: The duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) Registration of trade unions,
(b) The details of the registered trade union and other related documents shall be kept up-to-date by creating a register book,
(c) To ask for additional details as necessary regarding trade union registration,
(d) In case of non-submission of details, reports or other documents required to be submitted by the trade union according to this Act or if they are false, take necessary action.
(e) To determine the procedure for conducting official trade union elections.
